Craig's List

Here's a list of some pretty good goal scorers. The common theme here is they all heavily relied on the play making brilliance of a wiry kid from Hartford, Connecticut.
  • Kevin Stevens at Boston College.
  • Cam Neely with the Boston Bruins.
  • Brett Hull and Brendan Shanahan with the St. Louis Blues.
  • Owen Nolan with the San Jose Sharks.
  • Keith Tkachuk with the Phoenix Coyotes.
Yep, I'm talking about none other than Craig Janney. He was far from the best center in the league during his time, but he was probably one of the top 5 playmakers in the 1990s. History may rank him with peers such as Brian Bradley or maybe even Pierre Turgeon, but I never felt Janney quite got the recognition he deserved.

Craig Janney is the most recent profile addition here at Greatest Hockey Legends.com. Enjoy!
