Bure Flying High After Court Victory

Halloween 2006 is a night Pavel Bure hasn't forgotten.

Bure was trying to fly British Airways from Moscow to London, but the pilots refused to let him on the plane, mistaking him for a known soccer hooligan. Bure subsequently sued for $20M Rubles, which is the equivalent of $770,000US.

The Russian judge awarded Bure $2,600US, although Bure's lawyer Dmitry Ragulin is threatening to appeal the award in a higher court in order to increase the compensation.
