Heinz Schupp

This is a photo of vintage can of Heinz soup. I got this photo from BBC's website. Apparently back in 2017, someone in Wales donated a 50+ year old can of soup to a food bank

But why would I be posting a photo of this can of Heinz soup?

I recently learned of a hockey player of yesteryear whose name was Heinz Schupp! With a name like that I had to some digging, though I didn't get very far.

The Austrian played for his hometown Klagenfurter AC from 1965 to 1971. In 1967 he represented Austria at the B Pool edition of the World Championships. In 1968 he was part of the Austrian entry at the Olympics, where Schupp fared quite well, scoring 4 goals in 5 games. Austria won only one game, defeating Yugoslavia 5-2, and finished 13th out of 14 teams. That's really about all I found in a quick search.

So why the photo of the can of soup? Simple - I couldn't find a photo of Heinz Schupp.
