Did you know Petr Schastlivy's Playboy model wife is heading to the London 2012 Olympics? It's true.

Schastlivy, the former Ottawa Senators and Anaheim Ducks forward who still plays in the KHL, is married to European long jump champion Ineta Radevica. The 30 year old Latvian is considered to be a medal threat in the female long jump.

In 2004 Radevica made headlines by posing in Playboy prior to the Athens Games. She did not compete in 2008 as she was pregnant with the couple's son, Mark.
