Teeder Kennedy and half of the Stanley Cup
1936 - Montreal Canadiens obtained Babe Siebert and Roger Jenkins from Boston, in exchange for LeRoy Goldsworthy, Sammy McManus and $10,000.

1943 - Toronto obtained the rights to Ted Kennedy from Montreal, in exchange for the rights to Frank Eddolls.

1986 - Leo Boivin, Dave Keon, Serge Savard and builder William Hanley are inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.

1987 - Lou Lamoriello took over as General Manager of the New Jersey Devils, replacing Max McNab.
