Habs Museum Opening By June

Visitors attending the NHL Entry Draft in Montreal this June will be amongst the first people to see the new Montreal Canadiens museum and Hall of Fame.

The team is currently remodeling a section of the Bell Centre and hope to have the new full time exhibit open in early June. The NHL Entry Draft will be held on June 26th and 27th.

Canadiens president Pierre Boivin had the following comments concerning the new museum:
"One of the things I've been somewhat sad about is that there was really nowhere in Montreal where you could go to immerse yourself in the history of this franchise.

"I've always felt it was a pity that Montrealers and those who come from outside who know of the team didn't have a place where they could go and reconnect with its heroes and rich history."
