Contrary to what a lot of people constantly remind me, Vancouver has won a Stanley Cup.
Granted, it was not the Canucks. It was Cyclone Taylor's Vancouver Millionaires who brought the Cup to the west coast way back in 1915.
The WHL's Vancouver Giants will honour the Millionaires tonight, wearing the Millionaire's maroon jerseys in a game against the Kamloops Blazers.
The game at the Pacific Coliseum tonight is being dubbed Stanley Cup Legends Night, with champions Steve Shutt, Johnny Bower, Gerry Cheevers, Yvan Cournoyer and Dave "Hammer" Schultz taking part in a pre-game ceremony.
