In 100 seasons of hockey, 754 players who have suited up for the Canadiens since the team was founded in 1909. 209 different players who have hoisted the Stanley Cup in a Canadiens jersey.
44 Canadiens legends who have been enshrined in the Hockey Hall of Fame. The team has had 27 different captains in the past 100 years. 15 players have had their jersey's retired by the team.
28 times Canadiens goaltenders have captured the Vézina Trophy. 16 times a Canadiens player has captured the Hart Trophy as league MVP. 6 Canadiens legends who have scored at least 50 goals in a season with Montreal. Of course, Maurice Richard was the first to reach the mark, needing only 50 to do so in 1944-45.
