Ups and Downs of Kevin Stevens

From the outside it seemed as though Kevin Stevens had everything going for him. He was a popular multi sport star at Boston College. He was an excellent student who graduated with an economics degree. He went on to the Olympics and the NHL, establishing himself as one of the best players in the game he loved. Money, accolades and adoration quickly followed.

But Stevens life was far from perfect. He fell flat on his face twice in his career, once literally and once figuratively. Neither time was it pretty.
