A hockey legend of a different sort

Today I'm going to break from my usual player profile/hockey legends in the news format. Every once in a while I find an article, or in this case a blogpost from amateur-turned-blog-icon, that just needs to be shared.

Alanah McGinley, of Vancouver Canucks Op Ed and also of Kuklas Korner, has written what I would consider the best blog entry I have seen all year long. She recently had the chance to tag along with veteran Edmonton Oilers broadcaster Morley Scott. She was able to interview him and then live the life of a NHL broadcaster for a day.

Seriously, if they had an award show for best hockey blog entry of 2006, Bringing Hockey To The People would be a certain finalist.
